Returns Policy

At Forever Wood Floors, we understand that choosing the right flooring is an important decision. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to provide a clear and fair returns process. While the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 entitle customers to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving their goods

1. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Please note that the right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Non-stock or special-order items

  • Bespoke, custom-cut, or made-to-order products

  • Accessories

  • Opened products or packs

  • Discontinued items

  • Goods ordered specifically on request

Once any part of the flooring has been fitted or installed, the customer is deemed to have accepted the product as suitable. Installed or partially installed goods cannot be cancelled or returned under any circumstances.

Because flooring is manufactured and supplied in batches, we do not accept partial returns. Returns must include the full order, in its original, unopened packaging, and in a resaleable condition.

2. Dispatched Orders

If your order has already been dispatched, you must contact us immediately.

We will issue a returns form and provide instructions on how to return the goods.

If an order is cancelled after dispatch but before delivery, a refund will be issued minus any delivery costs incurred.
If goods have not yet been dispatched, a full refund will be processed within five working days, provided the order does not include non-stock, special-order, or bespoke items.

3. Returns Process

Customers are fully responsible for the cost of returning goods. All returns must be arranged using an insured pallet service to ensure safe transport. Customers remain liable for goods until they have been received and inspected at our designated returns location.

All returned products must:

  • Be unopened

  • Be in original, undamaged packaging

  • Be in fully resaleable condition

Any item returned damaged, opened, or not fit for resale may result in deductions from the refund.

If your order arrives with damage caused in transit, this must be recorded at delivery/collection and reported to us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

4. In-Store Returns

Goods returned to our shop within 14 days of collection or delivery will be accepted with a 25% restocking charge, provided they are unopened, undamaged, and resaleable.
Non-stock, special-order items, accessories, and opened products are strictly non-returnable.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 calendar days of either:

  • The goods being received back, or

  • Satisfactory evidence being provided that the goods have been returned.

Forever Wood Floors reserves the right to make deductions if products show signs of handling or use beyond what is necessary to determine their nature or characteristics, or if they are not returned in a resaleable condition.
